Piccadilly House short-listed for RICS Design and Innovation Award

A stunning serviced office development in Manchester’s city centre has been short-listed in the Design and Innovation category for this year’s Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) North West Awards.

Piccadilly House, which opened for business last year, offers six floors of boutique business space in the heart of the city, overlooking Piccadilly Gardens.

Designed and finished to an exceptionally high standard, the property is the latest success story for Anvic Developments which also operates Lodge House and Northbridge House in Burnley.
