SOLID ANNUAL RESULTS FROM ICOMM
Leading IT service and support provider, Icomm, has posted strong growth in 2008 closing the year up 32% at £4.1M in sales. Impressively profits rose by 62% over the same period, leaving the company well positioned for a march on 2009.
The firm has invested in new sales and technical staff as well as launching its pro-active support service, SpirIT, which spots and resolves IT issues before they turn into problems. And with the launch of its Ditto disaster recovery product, Icomm has been able to meet demand for business continuity solutions.
As a result, Icomm has maintained steady growth across private, legal and health sectors in particular. The business remains the foremost provider of IT support to the legal community across the region.
Icomm’s Ian Callens said: “IT problems can cause businesses considerable financial strife and with the challenging climate it is about protection for many businesses. As a result, our customers are insuring themselves against an IT disaster that could cost them.
“Our pro-active 24/7 support service, SpirIT, is not only enabling us to resolve issues before they hold financial implications but it is also allowing us to deliver customer service excellence by optimising a customer’s IT system to improve the way their IT works for them. We are a customer’s external IT team.
“It is the combination of technical excellence, pro-active customer service and a value for money approach that is switching business on for Icomm.”
